Revision dated 01.10.2026
1. General
1.1. This Payment and refund policy governs payment for services and refunds on https://paymen.store/ru (the “Site”).
1.2. Services on the Site are provided by Limited Liability Partnership “Growth Technologies” (the “Operator”, “we”).
1.3. The Site offers a catalog of games, subscriptions, telecom, eSIM, transfers and other digital/payment services. Specific terms depend on the chosen service and are stated on the Site.
1.4. This Policy is an integral part of the Paymen Store Public Offer and applies to all Users / Customers who placed and paid for services on the Site.
2. Payment
2.1. Payment is made by the methods available on the Site when the order is placed, including bank cards and/or other instruments available in the payment form.
2.2. The price is shown on the Site in the service card, order form, account or other checkout interface.
2.3. The payment currency is shown on the Site or in the payment form.
2.4. Unless the Site says otherwise, services are provided against 100% prepayment.
2.5. For payment the User may be redirected to a secure payment page. Payment data is processed under applicable rules and security standards.
2.6. We do not store the full card number, CVV/CVC or other sensitive card data.
2.7. The Customer’s payment obligation is fulfilled when the payment provider confirms a successful payment.
2.8. If there are payment problems the User may contact support at info@paymen.store.
3. Order confirmation and fulfilment
3.1. After successful payment the Customer may receive confirmation by email, in the account, on the order page or by another method provided by the Site.
3.2. The Operator starts providing the service after payment is confirmed, unless the specific service description says otherwise.
3.3. The Customer must provide correct data needed to provide the service: phone number, email, account data, region, eSIM parameters, recipient details, service identifiers or other information if required.
3.4. A service is deemed provided after a payment, top-up, transfer, delivery of a code/key/voucher, eSIM activation, transfer of an order number or another result stated on the Site.
4. Refunds
4.1. A refund is possible in the cases and manner provided by this Policy, the Public Offer and applicable law.
4.2. To request a refund the User must contact support at info@paymen.store and provide the order / payment / transaction ID, email or another account identifier, date and amount, a description of the reason and any extra information needed to check the circumstances.
4.3. We do not ask for the CVV/CVC or the full card number. The User must not send such data to support.
5. Grounds and procedure
5.1. If the service was not provided due to the Operator, for example because of a technical error on the Site, the unused service amount is refunded.
5.2. If the service was provided in part, a proportional refund of the unused part may be made if that fits the nature of the service.
5.3. If the service cannot be provided because the Customer gave incorrect, incomplete or false data, a refund may be refused or made minus the part actually provided and expenses incurred, if the law allows it.
5.4. If the service was provided properly and in full, no refund is made except where applicable law or the specific service terms expressly require it.
5.5. For digital codes, vouchers, top-ups, eSIM, transfers and other services fulfilled automatically or irreversibly by an external provider, a refund after fulfilment may be impossible unless the law or the specific service rules provide otherwise.
5.6. If the Operator cancels an order because the Customer breached the Public Offer, the law, third-party rights, payment-system rules or security requirements, a refund may be made minus services actually provided and expenses incurred, if the law allows it.
6. Review and payout times
6.1. A refund request is reviewed within 7 calendar days from receipt of the request and all necessary information.
6.2. If the refund is approved, funds are returned to the same payment instrument used for payment unless the law or payment-system rules require another method.
6.3. The payout period is up to 14 calendar days from the refund approval date, unless the law, the issuing bank or the payment system sets another period.
7. Cancellation
7.1. The Customer may ask to cancel an order before the service starts.
7.2. If the service has already started or was sent to an external provider, cancellation and refund take into account the part already provided, expenses incurred, the operation status and the specific service terms.
7.3. The Operator may cancel an order if the Customer provided incorrect or false data, payment is not confirmed, the order breaches the Public Offer, the law or third-party rights, relates to prohibited topics or shows signs of fraud.
