Revision dated 01.10.2026 1. General 1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of https://paymen.store/ru and related services (the “Site”, the “Services”) is processed. 1.2. The Site administrator and personal data operator is Limited Liability Partnership “Growth Technologies” (the “Operator”, “we”). 1.3. The Policy applies to all personal-data processing that arises when using the Site, the account, feedback forms, payment features and other Paymen Store services. 1.4. Personal data is processed under applicable data-protection law, including the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On personal data and their protection”, as well as any mandatory rules that apply to the User by law. 1.5. By using the Site and/or the Services the User confirms that they have read and accept this Policy. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Site and the Services. 2. Terms 2.1. “Personal data” means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified User. 2.2. “Processing of personal data” means any operation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking and destruction. 2.3. “User” means a natural person using the Site and/or Paymen Store Services. 2.4. “Cookies” means data fragments placed in the User’s browser or on their device. 3. Data we process 3.1. Data the User provides voluntarily when registering, placing an order, paying, contacting support or using the Services: name / alias; email address; phone number; account data and User identifiers; information about orders, payments, transfers, top-ups, eSIM, subscriptions, requests and correspondence; data needed to fulfil a specific service: phone number, region, operator, account identifier, recipient email, eSIM parameters, transfer details or other information if required; other data the User submits through the Site. 3.2. Data collected automatically: IP address; date and time of access; browser, device and operating-system details; Cookies and device/session identifiers; technical logs; information about the User’s actions on the Site; referral source and session parameters. 3.3. Payment data is processed by payment providers. The Operator does not store the full card number, CVV/CVC or other sensitive card data unless the payment solution expressly requires it. 4. Purposes and legal bases 4.1. Purposes of processing: registration and account maintenance; access to the Site and Services; placing, processing and fulfilling orders; payments, refunds and payment checks; top-ups, transfers, eSIM activation, issuing codes/keys/vouchers, subscriptions and other digital services; communication with the User, including service notices and support; Site security, fraud and abuse prevention; improving the Site and user experience; statistical and analytical research on anonymized data; informational and marketing messages where consent is given, if consent is required; compliance with law and lawful requests of competent authorities. 4.2. Legal bases: the User’s consent; performance of a contract with the User; the Operator’s legitimate interests, provided the User’s rights and freedoms are respected; legal duties under applicable law. 5. Cookies and similar technologies 5.1. The Operator uses Cookies and similar technologies for Site operation, authentication, security, analytics and user-experience improvements. 5.2. The User may manage Cookies in the browser and/or through a Cookie settings centre on the Site, if that feature is implemented. 5.3. Disabling Cookies may affect some Site functions. 5.4. The Operator may instruct authorized processors and service providers, including hosting, payment providers, analytics, messaging, support, anti-fraud services, and eSIM, telecom, subscription, transfer and other providers needed to fulfil an order. 6.2. Personal data may be shared with third parties with the User’s consent, to perform a contract, operate the Site, comply with law or a lawful request of a competent authority. 6.3. Cross-border transfer may occur when infrastructure or services are located outside the Operator’s country, subject to applicable law. 7. Retention 7.1. Personal data is stored until the processing purposes are achieved or for the periods set by applicable law, the contract with the User or the Operator’s internal policies. 7.2. After the purposes are achieved, personal data is deleted, anonymized or blocked unless the law requires otherwise. 8. User rights 8.1. The User may obtain information about processing, request access, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, restrict processing and exercise other rights under applicable law. 8.2. Requests may be sent to info@paymen.store. 8.3. The Operator reviews User requests within the time and procedure set by applicable law. 9. Security 9.1. The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination and other unlawful acts. 9.2. Measures may include access control, encryption in transit, backups, activity logging, monitoring of suspicious activity, antivirus and anti-fraud protection. 10. Special conditions 10.1. The Site and Services are not intended for persons below the age at which applicable law allows independent consent to personal-data processing and online contracts. 10.2. The User must keep account credentials confidential and promptly notify the Operator of suspected unauthorized access. 10.3. The Operator is not responsible for processing by third parties whose sites or services the User opens via links from the Site. 11. Updates 11.1. The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is published on the Site and takes effect on publication unless the new version says otherwise. 11.2.
